Webstation
Within a few moths we're going to implement the TotalView Webstation. I'm wondering whether some of you have already implemented it and if so in what way did you do it? By that I mean:
How did you tell your agents In what way did implement it What was the reaction |

We implemented our Webstation by:
1) Sending an email to the center breifly describing the Webstation and it's benefits to them and advising them of several mandatory training dates we were offering. 2)Training all agents on the use of the webstation. The trianing took about 30-45 minutes. 3)Discontinuing all paper copies of schedules after all agents had been trained. The Webstation was very well received by our agents. They easily saw the benefits it offered in regards to ease of getting time off, viewing statistics, and viewing their schedules. |
