Outbound Profitability
Hi,

Can someone give me innovative ideas on increasing Outbound profitability. I'm seeing that on inbound, companies are making 50-60% of profitability but on Outbound we are able to make only upto 30%. I need detailed information on the areas which can be exploited and managed better.

Hi,

Can you give more details concerning the type of campaign you are running? Perhaps you can post the script you are using or call-flow guide so we may comment on it?

Outbound profitability
We are currently running credit card telemarketing campaigns and we also have campaigns on telecom products...We have clients from both US and UK.
What i want to know is how to make profits better on Outbound process???
