Does anyone here Forecast....

Call Center efficiency? We are a third party call center and we would like to try to forecast what the planned utilization would be for our center. Any suggestions would be welcomed. Thanks, J.P.

I do forecast. Some might think that the way i do it is retarded but that's how I always do it and it works. I do it without using softwares nor erlang.
What industry does ur call center belong to?
