Displaying Call Center Stats via Desktop software in place of Wallboard

We are in the process of eliminating wallboards that display call center statistics. We are going to be evaluating a couple of products: Symon-Deskview, Inova-Desktop Presenter, Spectrum-UltraData.

Does anyone have any experience with these products or recommendations. There will be 75 agents using this software on their desktop.

what CRm tool are u using ... we have BTCC and have got a web page made that can be acess on any computer to check the stats of the floor the asa agent status etc we made it on dream wearve and linked he datd source to the CRM tool with a litle help from BTCC team .. check with the CRM tool prvide if the featue already exesists

have heard inova is good try getting some white paper on the implementation done by them i have read it before it was about a gas companies call centre sounded impressive
