customer service curriculum
Hi, I work for a nonprofit agency, and we just received a grant to provide training for a new call center that's opening in our area. We want to provide some general customer service training for our people before we send them to the call center. Our trainees also might end up being placed with a different call center, or a different customer service position altogether, so we want to keep the customer service training as generic as possible. Can anyone recommend ways that I can access customer service curriculums? We are looking for general customer service principles and practices, 40-50 hours worth, classroom-based. I appreciate any ideas anyone can offer. Thanks!

I would appreciate a copy of the curriculum for my site. I really want to drive performance and can use any and all assistance. I appreciate it...
