Team Leaders are to be expected with good leadership quality. Well I suppose you have. One important thing that a company wants for in a Team Leader is the motivating factor that would influence his team to achieve higher that its goal. Now, its very rare to find such influence in a person. If you could influence people without even showing or telling it to them, then you got what it takes to be a team leader.

team leader

In our center, the leaders need to lead by example, and find each agents hot buttons. Getting them to believe in their own ability and achieve each day a new goal. Taking baby steps first to get them to respect you and trust you. I think being fair and consistent is the key. Stick to the rules and they are not to be bent by anyone regardless of their sales ability, Hot reps included, no special favors to them.
