Setting cost per call out bound effort

My company currently handles inbound customer service, we have in place a training dept, csr staff, reporting and such- We have been presented with the opportunity to begin an outbound sales campaign- the targets are familiar with the company and these calls would not be cold calls- we are trying to calculate the cost per minute for the outbound cal (billing)- any suggestion on how to tackle this project?
