Opening New call Center

I will be opening a new call center from ground zero in a month. I've had 25 years experience and this is a first from ground zero. The company I work for knows that something is up and is doing everything they can to keep me but I need to move up and out. A little scary as this will mean lots of hours and work but the reward is awesome. If anyone has any words of encouragement I would appreciate it. Any do and don't.

Order your T-1's at least 45 days in advance. That way you will have them installed when you want to open the doors.

Being your own boss is the greatest reward. It's a beautiful thing to imagine your telecommunications business will only grow proportional to the time you are willing to expend. And, if all else fails, outsource your client base :)
