hi guys can anyone suggest to me a cheap 2 way recorder to use for calls....

Sony used to make a very basic tape recording machine and maybe still do. It's ideal for a cheap and cheerful method of recording two way conversations. You will also need a telephone jack that will connect the recorder to the telephone set/turret. Depending on your ACD you can then remotely record two way conversations. I'd suggest you contact a local Hi Fi/Electronics store and see what's available.
