'Top' is very subjective

There are any number of ways to assess the 'Top' outsourcers; revenues, locations, seats etc. Different vendors excel at different types of services...are you looking for inbound or outbound; customer service, direct sales, lead generation, technical support or reservations? Are you looking domestically or internationally? What is your budget (it is true you often get what you pay for)? If you would like, I would be happy to assist you. Not that subjective...
The "top" might be that subjective - and different outsourcing organizations have varied core competencies... but there is an industry ranking....
