I posted a thread on the technology side of the forum hoping for some information or leads on a program / technology package that assists with product registration. What I am looking for is a tool that can be used for customers to fill-out registration cards online that ties into any CRM package. This part is easily accomplished through our inhouse web-dev team, but does anyone know if there is a company out there that offers an automated receipt verification where the customer will fax a receipt and the software will scan it and update / verify the purchase date entered in the product registration? I currently get about 1000 faxed reciepts per week and am looking to automate this. Any help would ne appreciated.
