Looking for metrics but need to clarify what...
Hello -
I am attempting to reconstruct a core team that has been split into 5 other core teams. I am looking for metrics from Dec 04 - June 05 to show it would be beneficial to have this core group back together. do you have any suggestions as to what metrics I may need to look for? I was thinking ASA would be an obvious choice, along with customer satisfaction % scores, etc. |
