Help with Aspect (concerto)-eWorkforce v5.8

I recently assumed a scheduling/forecasting position for 880-1000 seat multi-skilled inbound center. I am not able to attend the eWorkforce training until the end of March, however I need to have a "net-line" and begin to generate schedules for an existing skill group that will be doubling the volume, by the end of this week. I have all of the manuals that my predecessor received however I don't find them very helpful. I have tried using the help button again to little avail. I have stated by creating my own forecast group and then staff group however when all of the other variable come in to play I am lost. Does anyone have any info or advice on figuring out Aspect-eWorkforce management? Any help is much appreciated. You can email me direct...marbiedoll3@aol.com. Thanks.
