Hi Bruin,

are you already using a agentdatabase or WfM package ?

If your starting from nothing, advantages would be:

- better efficiency in forecasting&scheduling
- agent administration (insight in your shrinkage, etc.)
- Real-time adherence (module which you can buy with TotalView)

The gains depend on the way your company is set up, the size and the things you can change. If you have fixed schedules then a better efficiency with scheduling is not possible.

It's easy to make a business case, let's say that you need 5% less FTE's because of the efficiency you get from TotalView. And if you get your adherence 5% up, you also need 5% less staffing.

Hope this helps a bit!
