Outsourcing
I am interested in pursuing the use of an outsourcer to supplement our inbound call center staff during predictable peak periods and off hours. I'd be interested in hearing about experiences, good and bad. Also, if you are aware of any outsourcers that have experience in P&C insurance, including any that use licensed personnel, then I'd appreciate it if you would provide the company name and contact.

Here to help
We can help you improve the quality of your customer service while providing savings of 30-50% or more on US based outsourcing costs.
Our company, Ambergris Solutions (www.ambergrissolutions.com), is fully operational with facilities in Manila, the Philippines. Our growing list of blue chip clients is evidence of our ability to deliver and the value proposition of the Filipino workforce. Please give our VP of Sales, Pat McLaughlin, a call at 602 224 8690. We look forward to the opportunity to speak with you! Best Regards, Tim Lavin PS: Here are a few paragraphs from an article that appeared recently in Call Center Magazine: -------------------------------------------------------------- The Philippines, with approximately 82.9 million people, is emerging as an aggressive competitor to India. According to published reports, officials say locating a call center there is 30% to 50% less expensive than in the US. Proponents say one of the Philippines' advantages over India is the Filipino accent, which is more neutral and pleasant on American ears than Indian-spoken English. Another is the country's strong cultural and historic ties to the US. The Philippines government is promoting several IT parks for call centers. They are located mostly on the outskirts of Manila, the capital and largest city. The parks boast modern buildings, multiple redundant telecom/data feeds and onsite power. One of these parks is on the site of the former Clark Air Force Base. ...US companies outsourcing to Philippines-located call centers include American Express, AOL and Microsoft. |
