How can you keep them motivated?

Any other trainers here?

I remember when I worked at a local college and we had two personnel to handle all incoming calls. All these two did all day long was to route calls to various departments, but I never once heard them answer the phone in anything but the most positive tone of voice.

How can I instill this attitude in my call center trainees?
