Forecasting call volume for Very Large group
My company was just awarded the contract to provide Voluntary Dental insurance for the Federal Government. The eligible population is 4.4 million lives of which 1.7MM are retirees. Our initial projection is for a 30% response rate but this is truly a dart throw.
Does anyone have experience forecasting Enrollment call volume for a group of this size |
