Medical appointments system set-up
Can anyone advise me as to where I can go for help (e.g. any forums?) if I want to find out more about medical appointments systems? I'm currently looking into forecasting appointments, no. of no-shows, duration of new and follow-up appointments so as to better optimise my resources.
