Cost per minute

What can I expect to pay a vendor, per minute, to support 3500 calls a month with 2.5 minutes of talk time and data entry? Calls are US based in the PST and CST zones. Thanks for any information you can give me.

On average, you could expect to $25 to $30 per service hour, depending on the type of call. You might also consider the speed of answer into your cost considerations as you can price a low cost per minute at the expense of a quick speed of answer. Some additional cost considerations when establishing a vendor partnership:

- Set up fees
- IVR Charges
- Per minute telecom charges
- Training fees
- Performance reporting
- Custom reporting
- Relationship management
- Feedback (Business insight/voice of the customer)
- Feedback (Mystery shopping)
- Monthly or quarterly business review
