Seeking Collections Expert -

Hi:

My name is Pamela and I need a friend with a collections call center background.

I am a call center manager for a brand new center opening soon, we will be handling telesales and customer care inbound/outbound but my focus is on collections. I am seeking a call center manager/director with experience in collection operations who can help me in developing my new center.

What is a typical fee structure? Reporting help, benchmarks ect..
