does anyone have information about setting up/ running a CTC in a large inbound environment?

I work as teammanager planning at a CTC in which we also have about 1500 agents.

So feel free to ask questions, what specifics do you wanna know. I have 7 central planners, we have an MI team with 7 people and then we have 30 people across locations for scheduling.
