Operations Manual for a Call Center
I have been tasked with writing an Operations Manual for our organization. We are a call center with approximately 50 employees. Where might I find a sample operations manual from a similar sized organization to have as a benchmark for the manual I am creating? Thank you in advance.

writing an ops manual
I am in the same process and did not find any information on www.copc.com as suggested.... did I miss something? Does anyone else have a recommendation or good example?
