Interview

Hi
First of all best of luck for the interview, I am a previous employee of Wipro, though Wipro does not have a good reputation, but still if you are absolutlely new to this industry , then here are some tips.
There are around 6 rounds that you need to clear.
First will be the Jam session round, inwich you will be asked to talk on any topic for about 1 min .
Then after you clear that you will have a test on aptitute and your basic knowledge of computers.
After you clear that you will have a telphonic interview, to see how you sound on the phone.
After you clear that you will have a behavioual interview, and after you clear that you will have a one to one interview, and finally once you clear that,if you are completely ne to this industry then you will be asked to sign a 1 year bond ( a trap) for which most of the candidates refuse to join, as the attriation rate is so high in wipro , that few leave the company as soon as the very 1 week of the training, and few like me leave after getting harrased.
I am not sure that weather you will get your salary on time also or not, as Wipro has this reputaion of not giving the salary on time,so now it's up to you. Best of luck.
