Shift Inflex
Hi all
I am currentley working for a company who operates using available hours on an intra-day basis. We have a 98% target to achive in matching our intr-day profile, but the business has set limits on our headcount of 105% against required hours. Our shift inflex at present is around 8% and I am being told this is too high (as we will only get paid upto 105%). Can anybody advise what or if there is an industry standard for shift inflex? |
