Best time to call?
I'm looking for data to support the best days and times to place outbound calls, the goal being to maximize right-party contacts. Can anybody share data/statistics? Best days of the week and best time of day would be great, specific data (i.e., contact rate M-F from x-x is ..., contact rate M-F from y-y is ..., etc...) would be perfect.

In my experience over multiple vertical markets, the simple answer is for you to run an outbound test program and track specifically your unique "right part contact" by hour and day of week. Each outbound program has specific calling patterns, but predictive dialing at least "levels" the contacts which usually increases your chance at "right party" contacts per hour...unless you are looking for a demographic that is never at home or are hard to predict being at home (i.e.: Truck Drivers) Feel free to e-mail me to discuss your specific application further.
