call center cost?

Hi,
I had posted a thread about labout cost and more than 30 viewed that but nobody answered...sob! sob!

Can somebody please let me know what labout cost concerning an inbound call center is? And how we can effect it?

Thanks a lot.

Call Center Cost

Call center implementation costs vary tremendously depending on your business model, however as a rule of thumb, remember that your Human Resources costs (hiring, training, coaching, salaries, benefits, etc.) will represent the highest expense...

Without uncovering your business plan, try to tell me a little more about what you have in mind, i.e. purpose of your call center (internal or outsourcing), customers' industy & location, etc.?
I'd then be in better position to help...

Regards,

Rokima

Hosted Solution?

If you would consider a hosted solution, your upfront capital costs will be "0". The remaining costs will be your overhead associated with payroll and training.

If you would like to speak about an ASP Call Center Solution, please give me a call.
