hi, aht for a broad band tech support depends on what kind of tools u are using to check the connectivity and speed and also depends on how the tech support executives are able to analize and pinpoint the exact error. usually the aht may vary between 4 minutes to 8 minutes. while calculating cost per minute and per call charges u need to take many things into consideration such as fixed cost,variable cost plus are u adding any % on top of it.
