Anybody using CenterBridge (Bay Bridge product)?

We are looking for a product that will help us more effectively plan for outbound calling, and CenterBridge was mentioned as a possibility. Beyond that, we're interested in CenterBridge's ability to support inbound capacity planning as well - long term and/or short term volume and AHT forecasting, forecasting of requirements, etc... We have a complex environment in which we overflow calls, but apply protection to certain groups through call routing (i.e., only overflow a call if x number of reps are available, etc...). We use SBR as well.

We don't need a comprehensive WFM application that creates schedules, tracks call arrival patterns and forecasts at an interval level, maintains employee records, etc... We are specifically looking at capacity planning fuctionality.

Any feedback - good or bad - about CenterBridge would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Chris
