Finding clients

Probably a stupid question. But where can a small 5 seat or so contact center find clients?

Hi Travis,

Depends on what kind and what amount of calls you can support with your staff.

Your best chance would probably to do some research on service providers that are not meeting service levels (look for company forums where people regularly complain about long waiting times) and offer them to take over their overflow.

Good luck,

Niek
