Call Center Rental

Hello, can anyone give me info on how to rent a call center? I'm in Chicago and preparing for a crisis, for which I'll need a call center to fit 40 people. Any information is much appreciated, including vendors and pricing. Thank you!

Rent a call center

Hi,

What you need to rent a center?

Step 1: Have a scope document for your project (what / when / where / how)
Step 2: Create a simple RFP to understand your business, your process and your goals
Step 3: Create a SLA to implement the project
Step 4: Receive from the Call Center all the information in order to meet your expectations and goals. (productivity, quality, processes and of course price)

Maybe you can elaborate on amount of time you need this call center. For example are you looking to outsource indefinately, outsource for a limited time, etc. What kind of work will you be requiring?

Renting Space

They will rent seats on a short term and long term basis. You can outsource to them as well. They do seasonal work.
