i need honest advice

hai this is nalla. i want to open A call center of 10 -15 seater. what i ma looking for is a honest advice to whom to contact for campaigns, how to find out if the client is genuine coz i already lost lots of money in this industry.

I have some experience creating call centers in Latin America and what I can tell you is, you have to know 4 “must know”.

1.- The Call Center Industry, from the owner perspective is a Cash Flow Business, so be prepare.
2.- The Big Accounts are for the Big Players, so you have to go throw a third party or broker to start with new programs, and not always is easy, because even your are going to a risk business, they have rules and requirements you have to meet.
3.- The risk business or Outbound pay per sale depends from 2 big issues, one is database, this really makes a difference.
4.- The second one is in my experience and perspective the most important HR = PEOPLE, the right people is going to give you as a result, a successful program, remember the technology and software is just matter of money, if you have it you get it, but people, this is the key.
