Presentation

Hi,

I'm new here and it seems to be interesting, however i'm a call center trainer for the last 6 month and now we have a a big event with my company and my boss is asking me to prepair a presentation for this event.

and it should be about supervisor role in the call center, the thing is that i'm not good at prepaering this stuff so anyone can help. or now the roles of preparing a speech?

Dear Mostafa ..

It's not quite easy to assist someone for such task through a forum. However, you may need to list the ideas you're going to talk about. Then categorize them if they already aren't.

Regarding the presentation materials, try to make it as simple as it could be. Try using powerpoint for example. Make sure you choose the right colors and avoid the excess use of effects.

Do not put too much info. Use headlines and the explanations should come out of your head. Using pictures and charts (when needed) are good.

Make sure you have enough examples or anecdotes to support your objectives (But don't mention them all - just use what you think would be the best in a situation). Try to create a little bit of interaction between you and the audience.

Actually, the list of these tips could be endless. So just be yourself and be confident.
