Searching for Specialized Inbound Sales in DFW

I am doing research to find a reputable call center in the DFW area. We are a small start-up business and I am not familiar with Inbound Call Center services. I need the call center to be able to take inbound sales calls, process credit cards or debit cards, and to be able to upsell or cross sell. The specialized aspect of this project needed is a call center experienced in conversion of cell phone converage from one provider to another. We can train on the product being sold, but need experience on the cell phone provider service. If someone can lead me in the right direction it would be most helpful.
