Speech Vendor Feedback Needed
Hello everyone -
My company is set to deploy speech recognition in our larger call centers 3Q of this year. We are down to the final vendor selection. Naturally, I'll check references but I wanted to go a step further and see if any of you have conducted business with TuVox, West Corporation, or Nuance. If you have and are comfortable providing feedback regarding your experience with that vendor, I would be most appreciative.
