I need some informations.

Hello,everyone.
My name is JR. I am currently working on my school report about call center. I need some help. I did research on the net but there are still some questions left unanswered. Anyone can share their views... It will be a great help for me.
1. Full details on commencement and conclusion of your shift.
2. Call handling procedures
3. Shifts are from what time to what time? When you do you have your rest breaks?
3. List of duties during your shift.
4. Any special instructions that must be handed over to the next operator?
5. Any reports/documents to be completed before you can finish your shift?

Thank you very much for your help.

JR
