does this require Call Center or IVR Experience?
I was searching for a Call Center company to handle our desired system where caller would listen to an advertisement messages for about 2 min then let them place a local call for about 3-4 min at our expense. However, one vendor says that this looks like a relatively straight forward IVR application, not so much a call centre application, since you don't appear to need any screen pops to a call centre application.
Any help so I can better direct my search? |

It would depend on what happens when they make the local call; do they listen to another recording or will they be speaking to a live person? If speaking to a live person, are you looking for people to handle those calls - Call Center support, or are you wanting the call to go to you or your people?
Its possible to have your IVR play the recorded message and if the listener wants to speak to a live person, press a number and automatically be transferred. Hope that answers your question. jpshuf |
