Calls per open account metics, financial services
Hi,
I work for a start up investment management company. We are launching in Q4. I am trying to estimate how many callswe can expect to receive after launch and was wondering if anyone has an metrics they can share with me from their experience on calls received per open account? Our product is meant to be supported completely online, but we realize that is not always the case. Our product closely resembles mutual funds or brokerage accounts. Thanks! |
