Getting certified
Dears,
Can anyone recommend any Call Center/Alternative delivery channels certifications that can be obtained through online studying? I am a Call Center supervisor and have been involved in many projects such as online banking, SMS banking as well as the call center (all recently established from ground zero). I would like to to take a further step and get certified, which will give me a career boost. However, travelling to attend courses is not an option at the time being. So I would appreciate if you guys can recommend an institution that offers online studying and get a world-recognized certification. Thanks in advance.
