Call Center Transfer

HI,

I am working as a project manager ina call center enterprise. And my first project is to transfer a client from another company call center and incorporate this client to our call center.

Does anyone have a project or a list of the key issues on such matter?

call center transfer

Hi there,

I believe you will need to get all the client specifications first along with all client's business work flow in order to know how your company would facilitate the transfer.

Nature of Business, number of agent's/ seats required, type of calls made, inbound or outbound, things like those.

From there you can check your own company's resources and allocate the necessary for this client.

I hope that was logical ;)
