planning and allotting spaces for call center

Hello all. :)

As i am browsing through websites and countless books, i stumbled upon an integral question i cannot find through research.

I know it may depend on the size of the call center, the number of agents and so forth. So, lets say i am planning to run a 500 seat center.

What percentage of the call center space is dedicated to the following functions: Administration? Meeting Space? Training? Computer Equipment (LAN servers, etc)?

AM really concerned to know how much area i am allowing for equipment
AM mostly hoping to get some answers.

Much appreciated. :)
