About software only dialers
What is a better configuration?
Should a call center have all its T1 lines terminate into an existing switch, or should they terminate into the dialer. If the lines terminate into the switch, can a software only dialer use the switch to dial. What would be the hardware required for the above type of configuration? Where would the Dialogic boards fit in? Thanks for your replies.
