I would like to have an insight on implementation of List Management Process. I have already implemented the List Manatgement but at a low scale , I would like to have your ideas on how best a lead set can be implemented / managed for better out put on the floor. I don't know much about list management but I have heard that Majestic is a world class call center, is this true?
