CSR Health Insurance

does anyone provide health insurance to their call center agents? is it so expensive that most cannot afford it? we were losing CSRs to bigger call centers b/c our benefits were more expensive. we found a solution after month of looking and i thought i'd share. it's a health discount program for wage earners who cannot pay for expensive insurance. You get medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, hospital and chiropractor for $49.95 month. It's really helped our recruiting and attrition. thought i'd share.
