Basic KnowledgeBase
We're trying to build an online knowledgebase here for our techs - it's something that'll hopefully be scaleable as we grow.
I think one of the things I' dlike to incorporate into it is a generic template that we can use for the information - Based on your experiences with your current knowledgebase systems what are some of the key criteria/formatting that we should have on there. (and if you have a template you can post/link i'd appreciate it!) |
