Do you treat your employees like your customers?

Seriously?

Your employees are also your customers.

True

Hello RoLleRKoaSTeR,

That sounds true 100%.

Optimizing employee satisfaction is an important success factor in any call center. How employees feel about their jobs can have significant impact on:

* Absenteeism
* Turnover
* Customer satisfaction
* Productivity
* Overall call center performance

You have always to ensure that employees are happy with the environment and the work they do, managers need to conduct satisfaction surveys on a regular basis, analyze the results and act upon them quickly.

I once heard this from a boss:

"It's not our job to appreciate or deppreciate our employees."
I about lost it! Someone needs to give him a dictionary as well.
