Symposium
I run a very small call center, the company purchased symposium before I arrived and while it has some great features-the reports aren't all that great. They have lots of individual reports to choose from but no real good summaries, etc.
Anyone have any reports they have designed that they might be willing to share? Thanks mpsheeha@advo.com |
