Suggestions for change
Hi, I am a new QA with an assignment looking for suggestions. I want to implement more one-on-one interactions between our QA's and the CCA's with positive feedback. As it stands now when I call a CCA or go to visit them in person, the first thing I hear is "What did I do now"?
I am looking for specific ways to help change the QA image and am open for your expert suggestions. Looking for guidance, Debbie |

Your problems seems to be a very common issue QAs face. The most important thing you need to know is that before you go for a feedback, you need to have done your homework.
You need to always start the feedback with some thing positive i.e. appreciation of what the CCA has done good. The mistakes should be seen as opportunities for improvement. If you score someone negatively on a parameter, you have to be very clear on what should have been done instead. If CCAs start viewing interactions with the QAs as learning experiences, then they will start looking forward to meeting you. |
