CallCenter Simulator/Modeling

I have begun to search for a callcenter simulation tool for our callcenters. I am not looking for a training simulator.
I am looking for an application that follows a call from beggining to end and includes information regarding trunking capacity issues. In addition, I need the capability to run daily, weekly and monthly what if scenarios.
If you currently use one or have information on any I would appreciate as much feedback as possible.

Aaron,

Two Call Center Simulation/Modelling Tools for your consideration;

[1] This is an Enterprise Tool, used by Organizations like Bell Canada

[2] For a Simulation/Modelling Tool aimed at a broader-base of Call Centers
