I need a call center for inbound tech support
I am looking for a call center to take inbound call from users of my online enterprise application. Users would call a number to receive support when they have difficulty utilizing the application. We run a chain of both inbound and outbound call centers in US, Canada and India with staffing of min. college graduates. We have a very competent tech team in the India call center which has been trained thru an intensive 10 weeks Call center training school. Currently we handle Financial services and E-Commerce sites.
