Basics???

Ummm

what kind of phones will u be using?
headsets?
software sometimes needs to be compatible with the phones (vice versa)

cubilces ?
chairs?

*Items are pretty basic for a call cener.. but I did not see you mention any of this..

3 people seems very small too.. but hey whatever works- efficiency rules!

Call Center Budget

Hello there,

With respect to your question, Budget report typically provide breakdowns on subcategories such as:

* Staff salary expenses (Agents, team leaders, supervisors and managers)
* Support staff expenses
* Telecom costs
* Technology charges (including maintenance)
* Rent and utilities
* Inside/Outside training charges
* Supplies and other office expenses

Once a budget is created, controls need to be put in place. These controls provide information on the variance between actual results and the budget, and identify those areas where the variance exceeds expectations
